Spendle (“the App”) does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on servers or in the cloud. All information you enter—transactions, budgets, categories, settings—is stored locally on your device only.

1. Information Collection
   – We do NOT collect or process any Personal Data (name, email, contacts, location, etc.). We use your uploaded screenshoot or image, but we do not store them.
   – All data remains on your device.
   - The app may request permission to send you local notifications for reminders. No notification data is sent to any server.
   - The app may provide Siri Shortcuts for quick actions. All shortcut actions are processed locally on your device.

2. Offline Operation
   – The App functions 100% offline.
   – No network access is used for analytics, advertising, or backup.

3. Third-Party Services
   – The App does NOT integrate any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
   – No external APIs are called.

4. Your Responsibilities
   – You are solely responsible for backing up your device if you wish to preserve your data.
   – We hold no liability if your data is lost due to device failure, accidental deletion, or iOS updates.

5. Children's Privacy
   – This App does not knowingly target or collect data from children under 13.

6. Changes to This Policy
   – We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes.

    2. Çevrimdışı Çalışma
 - Uygulama %100 çevrimdışı çalışır.
       - Analitik, reklam veya yedekleme için hiçbir ağ erişimi kullanılmaz.

    3. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetleri
 - Uygulama herhangi bir üçüncü taraf analitik veya reklam SDK'sını entegre ETMEZ.
       - Hiçbir harici API çağrılmaz.

    4. Sorumluluklarınız
 - Verilerinizi korumak istiyorsanız cihazınızı yedeklemekten yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz.
       - Verilerinizin cihaz arızası, yanlışlıkla silinmesi veya iOS güncellemeleri nedeniyle kaybolması durumunda hiçbir sorumluluğumuz bulunmamaktadır.

    5. Çocukların Gizliliği
 - Bu Uygulama 13 yaşından küçük çocukları bilerek hedef almaz veya onlardan veri toplamaz.

    6. Bu Politikadaki Değişiklikler
 - Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Yukarıdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi tüm değişiklikleri yansıtacaktır.

    4. Vos responsabilités
 - Vous êtes seul responsable de la sauvegarde de votre appareil si vous souhaitez préserver vos données.
       - Nous déclinons toute responsabilité si vos données sont perdues en raison d'une défaillance de l'appareil, d'une suppression accidentelle ou d'une mise à jour d'iOS.

    5. Vie privée des enfants
 - Cette application ne cible pas sciemment les enfants de moins de 13 ans et ne recueille pas leurs données.

    6. Modifications de cette politique
 - Nous pouvons mettre à jour cette politique de temps à autre. La date de « dernière mise à jour » ci-dessus reflétera tout changement.
